2-point shooting in the 3-point era
The 19-foot, nine-inch three-point arc was established nationwide in NCAA Division I men's college basketball in the 1986-87 season. It was extended to 20 feet and nine inches in the 2008-09 season. This chart shows how well Arkansas shot two-pointers with the existence of the three-point arc, sorted from best to worst. The column on the right side shows how many twos Arkansas made per game.
Read it as: "In the 1993-94 season, Arkansas made 53.78% of its two-point shots."
Here is the same chart for Arkansas' opponents. Again, read it as: "In the 2008-09 season, Arkansas' opponents made 48.85% of their two-point shots." Sorted from best to worst.
